






Jacinta is responsible for product strategy and consulting services at ODE. She heads up the areas of process transformation, technology optimization and project management consulting.
Prior to ODE, Jacinta led the areas of global HR systems, HR business processes and HR knowledge management at Placer Dome for over 10 years. (Placer Dome was the 4th largest gold mining company with over 14,000 people operating in seven countries.) She directed teams that designed and deployed numerous systems including global talent management, e-recruiting, and enterprise resource planning (ERP) HR modules.
As the HR lead of Placer Dome's Business Process Improvement initiative, Jacinta chaired the Global HR Process Team, directed global and corporate process improvement initiatives, and led the development of global HR standards. She facilitated numerous workshops globally in HR project planning, system implementation, technology training and process mapping.
Jacinta has presented at internal conferences and workshops in Australia, Chile, US and Canada, and externally at IPCQ Process Improvement & Six Sigma for HR conference in Toronto, Canada. She is a member of HRMA, and past-president of the BC Chapter of IHRIM.
Daniel is responsible for the company's vision, business development, strategic sales, marketing and customer service.
Prior to joining ODE, Daniel spent over 15 years in entrepreneurial and leadership positions including managing successful businesses in the fashion industry and developing national retail brands. Later, Daniel participated in marketing some of the largest and most successful multi-family residential Real Estate developments in Canada.
More recently, Daniel held the position of Vice President with a leading subsidiary of Citigroup and served in a senior management position with ING Wealth Management, a subsidiary of ING Group, based in the Netherlands.
Daniel's passion is to continue to unlock the creative energy and talent in people. He enjoys fostering a work environment that's relaxed, fun and productive.
Ronnie is responsible for software and technology development at Ode. Ronnie’s vision is to lead Ode in creating and building world-class web-based human resources and talent management applications.
With more than twelve years experience in the software industry, Ronnie has played multiple roles in software development with experience in the full life cycle of software development. Ronnie has published several papers in IT journals and publications and many have been referenced at international IT conferences. His research area has focused on the next generation web technology.
Prior to ODE, Ronnie worked as a senior system solution consultant for Crystal Reporting, Microsoft Great Plains ERP and Business Vision. Ronnie has also worked as a technical expert consultant in CRM and eCommerce for Hewlett Packard.
Ronnie is a certified MCSD (Microsoft Certified Solution Developer) and recognized partner with Microsoft Corp.
Ronnie holds a Masters of Science in Artificial Intelligence from the University of Alberta.
Juan Pablo Guerrero has more the thirteen years experience working in Human Resources & Organizational Development. For the last seven years Juan Pablo has worked with some of the largest mining companies in the world including Barrick Gold in Chile, Placer Dome Corporate Office in Vancouver and mining operations Mantos de Oro and Cia Minera Zaldivar in Chile. Prior to his human resources mining experience Juan Pablo served as a Senior Consultant at the worldwide consulting group Haygroup.
Juan Pablo’s areas of expertise include Selection & Recruitment, Training & Development, Talent Management, Performance Management, Succession Planning, Executive Development, Job Evaluation and Compensation Management to support globally diversified companies in Canada and South America.
Juan Pablo's role in to assist in the design, language customization and implementation of Ode’s applications in the Latin American region while providing ongoing personalized support and training to the customer. Juan Pablo is highly collaborative and responsive to the needs of his clients.
